Everything was spotless clean and we felt safe and all our iisues were solved very easily. Room cleaning was done every day. There is a restaurant on site that is open all day long. Across the street there is a D1 supermarket and 400 m away there is a commercial and financial centre called Exito. The area was safe and green.

The hotel is close to everything. Taxis front of the hotel all the time. A few minutes from the center of Medellin, Stadium and touristic points. Hotel as well have lift, friendly staff, parking 24h, comfortable room.

I thought it was very good, had a nice range of different fruits and food. The staff was friendly and kind. Everything seemed clean we were with some friends and they enjoyed it also.

I am Triathlete coach and have stayed here before when I coach at Estadio medellin. I like the hotel / staff is kind and friendly/ clean and spotless / no noise and professional/ restaurant great and good breakfast with fruits.

Breakfast was tasty and had different options. We loved the help from the staff specially from Diego. As soon as we got there, he helped us to checkin and he did not hesitate to give us suggestions for our day after telling him what we had planned. He kindly showed us a map and suggested routes using the metro which was very helpful.

Very good staff at the reception, the room was very clean and cosy, the garage for the car was easily accessible and safe

Stayed there for one night and it was super comfortable. The room and bathrooms were so clean and the stuff was so helpful too. Only the breakfast was not very good but for the price they charge, it is well spent
